• Deformation of active volcanic areas, including spreading plate boundaries
• Rheological structure of the crust and mantle beneath Iceland
• Geometrical effects of rheological boundaries on surface deformation
• Magma plumbing systems
• Finite element method (FEM) models of volcanic systems

• Daily management of the stipendiate programme at NORDVULK
• Contact person for media from the Nordic countries
