April - December 2010<\/li>\n<li>Post-doc position in Microfluidic cell culture at the Center for Systems Biology, UofI. Jan 2011-Dec 2012<\/li>\n<li>Post-doc position in metabolomics of EMT on breast and lung epithelial cells. Apr 2013 - current<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Research<\/h2>\n<p>My studies have mostly been on cell based model systems. These include various cell culters from traditional 2D culture to more complex culture systems such as Matrigel 3D culture and air-liquid interface culture. I've used various standard in vitro techniques such as moleculer cloning, fluorescent labeling, RT-PCR, western blotting and various microscopic imaging techniques.
