- The Icelandic institute for testing and school evaluation. Leader of the board from 2012.
- System leadership. (2010 - ) Courses and consultation with municipalities, heads of educational departments and school leaders. Several projects.
- Department for schools and leisure in Reykjavík City. Member of a consultants group as different sectors were emerged in one department. 2011 – 2012).
- Schools in the front row. (2013 - ) Member of a group that makes suggestions for school improvement in the capital area in Iceland.
- Educational plaza (2011- ). Online, collaborative venue for school development. Leader of the administrative group.
- Inclusive and coherent learning environment. (2012 – 2014) COMENIUS REGIO PARTNERSHIPS programme between Odense commune in Denmark and Skagafjörður municipality in Iceland. My role is to be a research partner and a consultant.
