My teaching at the Iceland University of Education and the School of Education at the University of Iceland has to a large extent been in the department of educational administration and evaluation, in the program in school leadership.

My teaching has primarily been in the following courses:

• Educational management and leadership
• Theories of organizations
• Development in educational institutions
• Special topics in educational management

I have supervised undergraduate and graduate students, primarily masters´ students, in the department of educational administration and evaluation.

At the present, I am supervising three doctoral students.
