About me
My name is Auður Hermannsdóttir and I am an adjunct lecturer at the University of Iceland, School of Business.
My speciality is marketing, both external and internal. In my research I mainly within behavioural science, mainly focusing on consumer behaviour.
Education
Doctoral student (ongoing since January 2018) in Business Studies, majoring in Marketing, at University of Vaasa, Finland. The focus of the research is on how social marketing can be used to influence and increase children’s fish consumption.
M.Sc. degree in Business Administration with emphasis on marketing and international business, graduated 2006 from the University of Iceland, School of Business. Title of the Master’s thesis: Market orientation of companies in the Icelandic insurance market.
B.Sc. degree in Business Administration with emphasis on management, graduated 2004 from the University of Iceland, School of Business. Title of the Bachelor’s thesis: The influence of the service environment on customers and employees.
