I am interested in most things related to the environment, but particularly air quality recently.

Specialization / Research Area

Air pollution, dispersion, sources and public health; particulate matter, H2S, ... Climate change. Fabric development in strongly anisotropic materials. The effects of plastic anisotropy on deformation, such as folding and flow instabilities. Characterizing fabric using sonic and/or thin section measurements. The role of till in the fast flow of ice streams, and inferring bed conditions of ice streams and sheets from surface topography and velocity. Wave power and erosion.
