Mobilities and Transnational Iceland was a three-year project of excellence that aimed to bring together researchers studying recent changes in Iceland from the perspective on mobility and transnational connections. The project has been funded by Icelandic Research Fund. It was placed at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Iceland and involved academic and non-academic partners in Iceland and abroad.
One of the project's several publications was a special issue of the Icelandic jounal of sociology (Íslenska þjóðfélagið) which I edited in 2020.
