Overview and provided contracted services

Helmut Neukirchen participated in standardisation activities at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T) (in particular Z.120 Message Sequence Charts). He was Rapporteur of the European Telecommunication Standards Institute (ETSI) Methods for Testing and Specification (MTS) work item "Patterns in Test Development" and an expert in the ETSI Specialist Task Force (STF) 343 "3rd Generation Mobile Reference Test System to enable TTCN-3 Tool Assurance".
Helmut served also in and for several boards, e.g., as founding member in the advisory board of Icelandic Software Testing Qualification Board (ICE-STQB), as a reviewer for the German Testing Board (GTB), and as Icelandic representative in the Pool Competencies focus area of the Nordic e-Infrastructure Collaboration (NeIC).
Furthermore, Helmut Neukirchen is frequently reviewer for numerous scientific workshops, conferences, journals, as well as for books published. Helmut served on program and organisation committees of several scientific conferences and workshops.
In addition, Helmut Neukirchen is involved in academic administration.
