A somewhat busy month, October. I participated in anumber of meetings and I am constantly surprised how much I don't know about nor understand within my own field of specialization. I hope the rest of academic expertise is not like that. I was pleased that my paper about inertia within the system of education was published. It is a general essay and does not focus on either the Icelandic or Nordic systems as I have often done.
