As a result it is punishable by law to claim that gay people are equal to those that are straight. All this happened under the watchful eye of the Russian security guards.

On my day off here in Greenland I went on a boat-trip in the waters surrounding Nuuk. The spring may not have arrived yet, but the place is nevertheless amazingly picturesque in the sunny weather.

In the end Iceland's application for EU membership was a search for economic shelter.
